COMMISSION CONDITIONS
The works created by MONO are original digital artworks developed on commission and tailored individually.
1. Nature of the work
Each work constitutes an original artistic interpretation developed through the visual language of MONO.
The works are created from images provided by the client and aim to preserve the subject’s recognizability, presence, and distinctive characteristics.
Resemblance is intended as visual coherence and presence, not as a photographic replica perfectly identical to the original image.
Any differences resulting from the adopted visual language are considered part of the authorial nature of the work.
2. Creative autonomy
MONO retains full artistic autonomy in defining the final outcome of the work.
Adaptations to visual languages different from the declared one are not provided.
MONO reserves the right to accept or refuse any commission request.
3. Process and revisions
Before final delivery, a protected digital preview is provided for possible minor revision.
Only one revision is included and is limited to minimal adjustments in brightness or contrast.
No compositional changes, stylistic variations, or complete reworks are provided.
The final high-resolution file is delivered only after approval.
4. Payment and refunds
The process begins exclusively after confirmation of the commission and receipt of payment.
As this is customized digital content developed on a made-to-order basis, by submitting the request and completing payment, the client expressly requests the immediate commencement of the service and waives the right of withdrawal provided under applicable distance-selling regulations.
Once the development process has begun, payment is non-refundable.
No refunds are provided after delivery of the final file.
A request may only be cancelled before the development process has started.
5. Use of the works
The works are intended for personal and private use only.
The following are not permitted:
commercial use
promotional use
resale
reproduction for merchandising purposes
Any different use must be agreed upon in writing.
6. Copyright
All moral and economic rights to the work remain with the author.
The commission does not imply any transfer of copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
